Managed a new home build end to end, then specified and programmed the automation system myself.

  • Coordinated trades, schedules and budget through the build.
  • KNX lighting, blinds and HVAC, DALI and DMX gateways, all documented in a git repo.
  • Home Assistant on top, config as the single source of truth.

Proposed Academy as a self-initiated internal project and led it from concept to launch.

  • 300+ articles in 15 languages, coordinating writers, developers and translators across timezones.
  • 3 million users and 10 million page views in the first year.
  • Launched the iOS and Android apps.
  • SEO-led content strategy that became a measurable acquisition channel.
